US Shipping Service Delays
We've been seeing a lot of delays on orders shipped to the US. If you have placed an order and have not yet received it, our apologies for the delay - we're not sure whether the slowdown is due to back-up from the holiday season, Customs, or a general USPS slowdown due to upcoming service cuts. We're keeping an eye on it, and if you're finding your package is taking longer than usual please feel free to contact us with your concerns.

New Shipping Rates
On September 1st, we debuted a new $7.50 shipping rate PLUS reduced shipping for Canadian customers placing orders under $30.00. Our new rate will simplify the shipping process for US and International customers and provide better rates for small Canadian orders.
Earthquake in Japan
We are devastated by the March 11th earthquake in the Tohoku region of Japan and the subsequent tsunami. Our thoughts and hearts are with Japan and with the Japanese people. Our friends and family in Japan are safe. We wish the same to you and yours.
