Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to anywhere in the world that Canada Post does. Since Omiyage started, we’ve shipped to all six continents!
How much does shipping and handling cost?
We offer a $7.50 Flat Rate Shipping fee for all Canadian orders, U.S. orders up to 500g and International orders up to 250g. Please refer to our Shipping Policies section for more information on Shipping Costs, Small Packet Exceptions and Shipping Supplements for U.S. orders over 500g and International orders over 250g.
I want to place an international order, how can I tell how much my order weighs?
We are happy to answer any of your international order questions via email. Simply send us an email with a list of the items you are interested in ordering. We will provide you with the approximate weight and shipping fee for your order. Emails can be sent to info@omiyage.ca or via our Contact Form.
What forms of payment do you accept?
All payments are processed through PayPal. You can choose to pay using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, your PayPal balance or an e-check. Please note that if you choose to pay using an e-check, your order will not ship out until the payment has cleared (typically 4-7 days).
Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you do not need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.
How Secure is this store?
Omiyage uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
Where are you located?
Omiyage is located in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
I live in Toronto. Can I pick up my order?
Unfortunately, we do not accept order pick ups at this time. Sorry for the inconvenience! Perhaps our Small Packet Fee will work for you – orders under $30 and less than 2cm thick ship between $2.00 - $4.00.
What happens if I don’t receive my package?
Please note that Canada Post does not consider a package lost until it has been in transit for 30 business days in Canada or 45 business days internationally. If you believe that your package has been lost, please contact us and we will file a lost package claim through Canada Post if necessary. Please note that we are not responsible for items lost or undelivered due to the wrong shipping address being submitted with your order.
